DILUTION TIPS: 

Before mixing into a spray bottle, make sure it's clean and free of any other chemicals. FILL the bottle with water first to prevent over-foaming. SHAKE the product before mixing and the solution after diluting. If mixing with 32 oz of water, use 1/3 oz of product, or 10 ml, as each of those little green ampoules. Or if you use a 16 oz spray bottle, squeeze only half of the ampoule out to mix and reseal it with the back of the twist-off cap to save it for later use. Wash and rinse the spray bottle well before mixing a new solution to make sure it stays fresh longer. Store both, the concentrate and the mixed solution away from heat and direct sun.
